The village is a meeting point for climbers from all over the world. In order to make them feel at ease and follow their need we offer different typers of accommodation.

Studio: An open space of 35sqm with kitchen and double bedroom, private bathroom and a veranda in front.

Suite: large 60sqm with a separate bedroom, bathroom and large living room with open kitchen facing the terrace.

Family: 75sqm with two separate bedrooms, one or two bathrooms/toilets, large open living room and kitchen and a large veranda/terrace in front.

All apartments are well equipped with a full optional kitchen, mosquito nets, air conditioning, winter bed sheets and of course a stable wifi connection for those who need to work while they are here.

We offer daily cleaning service until 1pm and laundry available in the afternoon for our guests. A private parking space is close by (depending on the number of vehicles).

Taxi service from/to the ferry/airport is booked for you as well.

Our accommodation is designed in a Greek style, paying attention to the quality of the materials and interior details. What our guests appreciate most are the large and comfortable spaces.

The difference between the studios and the family apartments is only the size but not the quality. All of them share the same amazing view: the sunset over the island of Telendos.

Feeling sociable? Our large garden with seating and relaxing corners is available for groups, as well as the rooftop which is suitable even for yoga sessions.

We strive to make all our guests feel at home. We offer different accommodation solutions in terms of size, numbers of beds and bathrooms, in order to satisfy different needs and requests.

Our season stars in April and finishes in November with special rates available for long stay bookings or frequent guests.

Despite the quiet location we are located in, the climbers village is only a 5 minute foot walk from the center of Massouri. Massouri offers a wide choice of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The strategic location allows you to reach both the climbing sectors and the beaches within only a few minutes.

The sea and the rock are the main elements of Kalymnos with all their shades and colours. The island is unique and known worldwide for the countless climbing routes. It even offers amazing hikes between the sea and the sky for every aptitude and in every season.

For those who prefer to relax on the beaches, Kalymnos offers a wide choice. From the most isolated and wild, to equipped and lively beaches. Snorkeling is a perfect option for those who like to explore the beauty of the Agean Sea.

Since 2023 Filippo is running the Climbers Village

He is an Italian architect with experience in international cooperation and environmental sustainability.

“Living in a place like Kalymnos is a gift that has to be preserved. With our daily behaviours we can have a positive impact on the environment. This is a responsibility we have towards the future generations. People staying in climbers village are climbers with a sense of environmentalism and the awareness that a lot has to still be done.”

Since coming to Kalymnos I am transitioning from an urban architect to an artisan designer. In this context my interest is focused on reusing waste materials and trying to give them a new life by transforming them into functional objects. I like to recover old wood and assemble it in unconventional ways to create different artefacts. But in drawing is where I feel most comfortable and I like to communicate and express myself through it.

All this combined is a creative process which I don’t define as art, but more a contamination of different attitudes that I follow, without a plan or intention.

I enjoy climbing and see it not as a way to challenge myself but a way to feel part of the environment

 9.0Verified Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Climbers Village. ☺The room was very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to move around and store our belongings. The beds were also very comfortable, which was especially appreciated after long days exploring the island. One of the best features was the beautiful view from the property, with a lovely surrounding landscape that really adds to the experience. The overall setting is peaceful and relaxing, and we enjoyed spending time at the accommodation. ☹The view from our specific room was partially obstructed, so it was not quite as expected from the photos. Also, there are quite a few stairs to reach the rooms, which is worth keeping in mind if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage.
